Client is large established Insurance Brokerage Firm located in Chicago.
Position is Commercial Account Manager and reports to Director of Insurance Operations.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with clients. The Account Manager monitors insurance and recommends appropriate coverage, places coverage and negotiates with insurance firms. Secures the renewal of existing business. May identify ,solicit and place new business with existing clients. Identify account rounding and cross selling opportunities. Responsible for documentation, record keeping and quality and completion of service provided to clients. Working with the producer to design individual client prospect risk management programs. Maintain relationship with insurance companies.
